About You Died of Dysentery

You Died of Dysentery is a brutally minimal survival game inspired by classic pioneer journeys. Start a day, make a choice and find out whether you survive.

Daily choices, hidden stats and delayed consequences make small decisions matter. Terrain affects dehydration, fatigue and infection, while repeating an action brings diminishing returns.

The sepia-toned presentation and dry outcomes keep the experience deliberately spare. Runs are extremely short and replayable, with unlockable quality-of-life features along the way.

How to play

  1. 1Start a new survival run.
  2. 2Choose from the day’s options and live with the consequences.
  3. 3Try again after a short run and see whether you can survive one day longer.

Highlights
